Throughout my career, I have encountered many individuals, young and old. Some have performed at elite levels, others I encountered after years of having received pill after pill, injection after injection, surgery after surgery, & multiple rounds of "conventional" Physical Therapy only to end up back in the same recurring injury cycles.
I believe many of these cases could have been easily avoidable had these individuals had someone to help them develop the needed, preliminary levels of functional mobility, bodily awareness, and functional movement capability.
However, true long-term solutions often require more nuance than the average personal training package is going to offer as well as far more intentionality and long-term consistency than the average outpatient physical therapy clinic is equipped to provide - limited by minimal patient/provider accountability, limited time for education and direction outside of the clinic, and often little lifestyle carry-over.
This is why I decided to launched out into the online coaching space - helping empower individuals who are ready to take responsibility & develop autonomy over their bodies. This mobility course is the first foundation of that journey.

This program is most ideal for someone who are looking to take their body & their health into their own hands. What I mean by that is, this program has a lot of material and will require significant personal intention to both learn and apply various movements, while picking up on specific cues, and programming according to your schedule and lifestyle goals.
The course is structured within an organized system. I also provide the Foundations of Mobility Guide book with print-outs to streamline the process for you. 1-on-1 coaching is made available for those looking to be serious about the process. At the end of the day, however, you will have to do a fair amount of front-end work to learn and implement the program before it becomes easy.
The ultimate time spent will depend upon:
Your deficits: How significant are your limitations and over how many areas classified throughout the course? Will you be addressing all upper and lower body areas?
Your goals: Are you looking to gain high-level mobility or are you just looking to perform some maintenance work on your body? Are you wanting to expedite your progression with a more "aggressive" approach, or are would you rather make slower-steady progress over a longer period of time?
Prior mobility &/or exercise exposure: Those with a greater mobility background will likely be able to progress more quickly into loaded, dynamic, functional movement patterns where the improvements tend to be more exponential. Those with little exposure to end range of motion training will likely require increased time spent in the more foundational levels of the course.
(This is why coaching calls can be helpfull. While the course material educates you on effective progressions, coaching calls can allow us to better tailor the program to your needs.)
Assuming the following: 1) You are looking to address all upper and lower body deficits listed among all of the movement classifications outlined in the course, 2) You have a level of prior mobility or exercise exposure, 3)and you want the most aggressive route possible - you could expect to spend 25-35 min per day - either broken up throughout the day/week (micro-dosed), or grouped together into one full 25-35 min mobility session if desired. If just looking to address Upper or Lower body deficits, you could expect 10-15 min or less per day depending upon goals.
The program is tailored to allow these movements to be easily integrated into your weekly schedule/routine, so it does not have to require setting aside 30-min if that is not practical, desirable, or sustainable for your lifestyle.
Results will naturally vary according to starting levels of mobility and exercise exposure. Nonetheless, general adaptations are as follows:
1) Within the first 4 weeks you should notice decreased muscle tension, improved bodily awareness with improved joint and muscular control.
2) Between 4-8 weeks is when you will tend to notice true improvements in range of motion as well as significant improvements in strength at end ranges of motion.
3) Between 8-12 weeks you should be moving more efficiently altogether, able to access ranges of motion and functional movement positions you could not before with significantly improved levels of strength and control.
4) Beyond 12 weeks, most of the improvements will become more solidified. More slowly developing adaptations such as changes in joint capsule & ligament integrity as well as tissue extensibility will allow your body to feel more resilient. As strength and tissue load tolerance throughout the range of motion, so will tissue lengthening.

Soft pads or a soft mat as needed
Looped Exercise Band
Heavy duty exercise band (for joint mobilization if desired & available)
Weights (Only if progressing into higher-level end-range strengthening)
